IE Security Update KB942615 error code 0x8024200D

I've tried to install this security update several times and keep getting
this error code. I've express updated from Microsoft and no other updates
seem to be required. prior to installation. I am running IE 7, Windows XP
Home with SP2. I would greatly appreciate any help.

Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs
Make sure Show Updates at the top is checked then make sure KB942615 is not
listed. If it is uninstall it.
Then , with it not installed turn off any anti-virus, anti-spyware or
third-party firewall is turned off and Windows Firewall is turned on and
install it.
