The OE address book (WAB) doesn't store contacts by account.
Each Windows logon gets a WAB file. Each OE identity within a Windows
logon shares a single WAB file. In the WAB file has a shared contacts
section accessible by all identities, and each identify has a private
contacts section. Contacts can be moved in either direction between the
shared section and the private sections.
Each OE identity can have one or more mail accounts.
And you can export/import contacts between WAB files as well as access
more than one WAB file with OE.

Post by b***@gmail.comHi-
My husband is about ready to let go of AOL ... finally! We've been
reading about Intellisync to use as a utility to get his AOL address
book entries over to OE. But, once he sets up a new non-AOL email
account in OE, will it read the address book entries that Intellisync
synced over? Won't Intellisync create an "AOL" account in OE? Can two
accounts in OE share one address book?
Advice?
Thanks - Betsy
