Accounts with Outlook Express

I am not an Outlook Express user and I need to have a club member use
a second account with his OE

I have talked him through adding the second account and all is well.

When he starts a new message he does not see the "From" field that I
see on my copy.

Where is the option please?

If there is only one account set up, the From field will not appear. Yes I
understand you said you walked him thru adding a second account, but be sure
the other account is still there.

What version of Outlook Express is he using? Have him look in Help, About Outlook Express

With version 5 and above you get the From field in the Message Composition Window when you
have more than one account within an identity.

In version 4, you don't. Instead, you use File, Send Using and select the account to send
with.
