I can not figure out how to get Outlook Express to check my email accounts.
This would be a cool thing to be able to do. Thanks for any help.

Have you set up each account?
Have you tied clicking the Send/Receive button or Tools | Send and Receive?
What happens when you try?

I suspect that despite the group you chose to post in, you are not using
OE4.

You start by contacting your Internet Service Provider to get the
account setup information. They probably have that information on
their web site with step-by-step instructions.

If you are using a free web based mail service, it may be that using
Outlook Express is not an option unless you pay an extra fee to the
service.

Use the following newsgroup for questions or problems with OE6

You can also get to the Outlook Express newsgroups via this web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/default.mspx
There select Internet Explorer, then Outlook Express.

You will find out information about issues affecting Outlook Express 5/6
