OE attachments not downloaded

Hi - Im writing for a friend, and I dont have the exact msg with me. I
know I have sorted this problem out before, but right now I forget how I did
it.

She received an attachement, which OE blocked - how does one unblock an
attachment, and should this be switched off, or is it better to leave as it
is for other emails?

In OE go to Tools | Options | Security and uncheck "Do not allow attachments
to be saved or opened that could
potentially be a virus".
