Are you e-mail them and expecting them to play automatically when the
recipient views the message? The is dependent how you specified the
file to play, on the mail client that the recipient is using and their
security settings.
For example most mail clients don't recognize the background sound. You
have to a Java or ActiveX plug-in to play the sound. And many users
have their security settings to disable Java and ActiveX in mail.
