Friend of mine sent an email with a picture, which did not open - had a red
cross instead. I'm aware that its a setting that person hasnt checked -
what is the setting, can anyone tell me?

Tools, Options, Send, Mail Format, HTML Settings, Send Pictures.

Although there are other possible causes of the problem.

Thanks Michael - I knew it was something like that. My settings are
correct, but my friend's arent - I'll pass the message on.
