My brains is locked up and I cannot remember how to get a link in the
favorites or in the links area of the task bar. For some reason there
is no OE Icon on the task bar to drag onto links. Where do you
suppose that went?

Favorites is for web sites, so that doesn't apply to OE.

You can create a link to OE in the quick links area of the tasks bar.

The shortcut to OE would be:

"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe"

You can drag an existing shortcut there. If you don't have a shortcut
for OE, you can right click the desk top and select New, Shortcut.
