Moving E-mail addresses onto new computer

Hi,

This is my first post on here and I'm after some advice. I've just purchased
a new PC and need to transfer my e-mail addresses from my old Outlook
Express to my new Microsoft Outlook 2003 on the new PC. I've got several
hundred e-mail addresses set up and a few group contacts too. Is there any
easy way to export the e-mail addresses and the email messages from one
machine to the other?
