Can't get into IE7 Emulation

Whenever I bonk the 'Emulate IE7' button, I get the dialog about having to
close IE. So I do, make sure no other processes are running, and them
restart. I hit the IE7 emulation mode again and blammo the dialog comes
again.

I tried rebooting to no avail.

This is with Windows Server 2003

I have about the same problem; can't get my Yahoo acct. to run like it did
before Explorer 8 was inflicted on this machine. Frankly, I think we ought
to all get together and pay for a hit on Bill Gates.
