Content Advisor Supervisor Password

Under tools/internet options/content/settings - I set up a password for
contents viewed on the internet. I used the password in the past. Recently,
I get the message that the password is changed. It won't let me disable or
change the password. I've tried changing the password under administor
password and that doesn't affect the content advisor supervisor password.

Any help would be appreciated.
