Where are Newsgroup subscriptions stored in OE?

Does anyone know where the list of Newsgroups you have subscribed to on a
particular news server are stored in Outlook Express?
I have searched in the Registry and can't find any listing of subscribed
newsgroups.
http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/ doesn't seem to have any information either

I want to back up the list so that you don't have go through a list of about
30,000 and individually re-subscribe to each.

I believe that's stored in the Folders.dbx file along with a ton of other information.
